ORDERING INFORMATION

AT SUGARHOLIC DESSERTS,

WE BAKE TO ORDER TO ENSURE FRESHNESS

We hand-craft each order with quality, care, and take pride in ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible. 

Orders must be placed at least 5 business days before if needed on a specific date, a rush order fee will apply.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING POLICY

  • USPS orders only ship Monday through Wednesday (during the Holiday season we will ship 4-5 days a week). Please allow 1 day for handling time. Please allow 10 business days from the date order is placed (package may arrive sooner).

  • Shipping and tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has been dispatched to the mailing facility. 

  • Caketinis are shipped frozen and with ice packs, but please keep a close eye on tracking and plan accordingly as this is a perishable item.

  • CAKETINI AND SHIRTS ARE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. Please note that when placing an order

  • Please DO NOT ship to hotels or hospitals.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • You will receive (1) an email confirmation when your order is placed, (2) an email when your package has shipped with your tracking information, (3) an email when your package has been delivered to the address provided

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of Caketinis. During holiday seasons Nov 15th-Jan 5th please note that processing will go to 7-10 business days. Most customers will receive their Caketini before that time.

  • Please note all Caketini are handcrafted and made from scratch to ensure the order is fresh.

  • Once your order has been processed it will be shipped frozen with ice packs via USPS.

  • We ask that you please be on the lookout for your package because our products are perishable.

  • Shipping of sweaters/hoodies is done SEPARATELY from Caketinis.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Use your tracking number to track the status of your package.

  • Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and depend on the service selected

  • It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to appear in the tracking system. Please be patient.

DELIVERY

  • If you did not receive the package and the USPS tracking system says it was delivered (with the correct address provided), you must call USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777. 

  • For gifts, we recommend that you notify gift recipients of their sweet surprise before the date of delivery to ensure that they are looking out for their delivery.

POLICIES

RETURNS

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

Sugarholic Desserts will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Sugarholic Desserts is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded.

If you wish for us to reship a fresh gift, you will be charged 50% of the gift cost plus the full cost of Shipping/Handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.

REFUNDS | EXCHANGES

  • We ONLY offer refunds or exchanges for shipping related issues. 

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered to the incorrect address.

  • Once an order has been completed and/or a label has been printed and an item has been marked as "shipped," we are unable to make changes. If the item is returned, you'll be contacted for reshipment (and additional postage).

  • Any request for refund requests must be shipping related  through USPS

  • While Sugarholic Desserts does not require a signature for your delivery, please note that this a perishable product so please plan accordingly.

INSURANCE

  • We offer package protection through our shipping provider USPS.
